Love here and love it. Still fighting to get a few of those darned fences down
The park offers nice views, a decent little trail for biking or jogging and a great playground for kids. However, the water is polluted so swimming is not an option and if you catch anything off the fishing pier my advice would be to throw out back. Additionally the beach is strewn with garbage, broken glass and an abnormal amount of bricks and concrete chunks. While I've noticed some people respect the park because they see its potential, it's clear they are outnumbered by those that see it as there own personal dumping ground.
That place is nice to relaxing that have to much birds. And that have to do the art zen
Park is nice! Of course water is dirty can't change that. But, the views and all the construction is nice.
The water is so so nasty. We live in Michigan, came to the east coast for the first time and was really disappointed with the area. Will definitely be visiting another area next time we make our way out here.
