It's a good place to store your items but they take advantage of you over time. We had to downsize our apartment so we invested in an outdoor non-climate controlled unit and every 9 months the unit price goes up like $40!!!!
I do find that eventually they rip you off.. were in the process of saving/buying a house.. if it takes another 9 months to do so, will my monthly rental be over $300????
I have had to physically move my unit to another just to get the price to drop over $100 (and the original unit was much smaller, Bc over time the price would hike up so much I couldn't afford it).. I shouldn't have to do that when I'm a loyal customer w extra space storage as a whole since Sandy... I was paying $180 for my unit and now paying over $260 for something that a similar unit is being advertised on the internet for $183..
A good place to store what you don't have room for at home. First month free, climate controlled units, security gates, many different sized units. There is a store on site that sells boxes, tape guns and tape, bubble wrap, and more. Friendly staff
I'm gonna have to break my back now to move things to a new unit just so I can pay $100 cheaper for the next 9 months.. it just makes me sad Bc I'm not 25-30 years old anymore and I shouldn't have to do this.
This is a great place came in for storage it was quick and easy Glenny was great explained everything to me very very nice she answer all my questions definitely will recommend extra space to my friends and family!
