Over an hour in waiting room, unnecessary tests, over billed... (they charge you for every move they make)....and try to sell you hearing aides when all you have is temporary hearing impairment from wax build-up ..
Those that gave high reviews must have superb insurance coverage
I had a wonderful experience at ENT. I'm sure the other reviews are legit but the staff was friendly and cordial, the wait was maybe 10-15 minutes, the doctor was awesome, and the treatment did not include any unecessary items. I would highly recommend them!
My son had an appointment sometime in May of 2017. Though the doctor was nice, their billing service is awful. I never received a bill from them, but got a letter from a Collection Agency. I called their billing office and left a message. Even though the message says, they will call back, it has been over a week, and no one has ever called me back!!
My Mom has visited this office numerous times the past two weeks with a few different problems. Every single person that works at ENT & Allergy Associates in Old Bridge has been kind, compassionate and very understanding of our concerns. From the initial phone call to walking through their door, we could not be more comfortable and pleased. We have visited with three doctors and the audiology doctor. All have been outstanding. They all took the extra time needed to help my Mom and were very accommodating of our needs. We are so thankful that we were recommended to this office by our primary care doctor. Thank you to each and every one of you!
I absolutely love this office! The staff is very professional and have a pleasant personality. My experience always felt easy with each and every visit. The check-in process is great utilizing the tablet to get initialized and pay my deductible – payment processing is convenient and easy to use. I don’t recall ever waiting longer than 15 minutes at the most. I am a huge fan of Dr. Chaudhry for my ears, nose & throat concerns – he is an amazing Dr. for me and my children – they really like going to him. I have used a couple of other Dr.’s for Allergy issues and felt that they did a great job too with addressing my concerns and issues. I can’t imagine going anywhere else...
